If you want to judge the quality of RD powder, then check out its dispersion in water. It should be good with higher compression strength. R.D.Powder increases the adhesion between mortar and its substrate, and improves the mechanic property, flexibility, tensile strength and workability of the mortar. Normal dosage is 1-6 % depending on the type of mortar.
